Assurance of consumer goods and after-sales service

All equipment is covered by a 2 year compliance guarantee. For consumables there is no specified warranty period, it is considered as guarantee during the period of validity of the same and up to a consumption of not more than 20%.

The costs of returning items within the warranty period will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the defect or damage is reported within the first 14 days after purchase. Upon receipt of the article at the sevenbits premises we will make the technical verification and, if we prove any lack of conformity, the item will be replaced. Cancellations, exchanges and returns

The Customer may cancel his order at any time until delivery, with the right to reimburse all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise his right of free resolution under the terms legally provided and indicated below.
Failure to pay the order within 10 (ten) days after the date it was made implies the automatic cancellation of the same.

Resolution of Contracts (Returns) - Purchases at a distance (made in www.sevenbits.pt)
For online purchases (online and to be received at the address via the carrier), the Portuguese Law establishes to the consumer a period of 14 days (commonly known as the reflection period) after taking physical possession of the goods, during which he can return the item (s) article (s) without the need to state a reason.
In cases of free termination of the contract, the return postage will be charged to the consumer, as stipulated in no. 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.
Resolution of Contracts (Returns) - Purchases made directly in the physical store

Conditions of acceptance of Returns / Exchanges
Although returns / exchanges are accepted in the first 14 days of distance purchases (as described above), goods returned will only be accepted if they comply with the following conditions:

Any delay in the dispatch of articles, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.
